On February 20th, 2011 former factory Yamaha rider Jimmy Button will embark on a cross country ride to raise money for spinal cord research. The ride begins at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego on Sunday morning after the San Diego Supercross, and rolls into Daytona International Speedway on April 14th, having completed some 2,428 miles. Here is how it works:
- Choose which day you would like to participate
- Complete the Registration Form
- Send your donation link to friends, neighbors, dealers, sponsors, etc. and ask for their support
- All riders must agree to raise a minimum of $200 for Miles for Miracles in order to ride. If you haven’t raised the minimum requirement by the day you ride you can make a donation to your own fundraising account.
- Each rider is responsible for his or her own fundraising commitment in order to participate.
- All donations are non-refundable and tax deductible
- All participants must have medical insurance at the time of the ride in order to participate.
- All participants are responsible for their own food beverage & accommodations.
- All participants are responsible for any injury incurred on the ride.
- Miles for Miracles reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration and/or participation to anyone at any time before or during the ride.
